Recent work: A.I.R. at the GAAC

August 2023: Artist-in-Residence at the Glen Arbor Art Center in Glen Arbor, MI. I spent two weeks at the GAAC painting along the shore of Lake Michigan and working in the provided studio at the historic Thoreson Farm within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Seashore Park. My goal was to explore the liminal space between water/land/sky. The simple structures of the farm buildings were a wonderful bonus.
